A Agência Nacional de Cinema (ANCINE) disponibilizou uma consulta pública com o objetivo de implementar recursos de legendagem descritiva, LIBRAS e audiodescrição nos cinemas e os Interessados podem contribuir até 7 de agosto.

Essa consulta pública gerou um debate, realizado via internet pela Organização Nacional de Cegos do Brasil no dia 05/07, momento no qual entendeu-se necessária a formulação de solicitação da dilação do prazo da consulta, que tinha por fim originalmente o dia 08/07.

Atendendo a demanda da ONCB e de outros seguimentos, então, a ANCINE prorrogou por mais trinta dias o prazo para recebimento de contribuições da sociedade para a Notícia Regulatória que discute a implementação de ações para regulamentar a promoção da acessibilidade em salas de cinema, com disponibilização de recursos de legendagem descritiva, LIBRAS - Língua Brasileira de Sinais e audiodescrição que possibilitem a fruição de conteúdo audiovisual por pessoas com deficiência visual ou auditiva.

Para oferecer contribuições na consulta é preciso se cadastrar no Sistema de Consultas Públicas da ANCINE. Ocorre que o sistema é inacessível aos leitores de tela, motivo pelo qual a participação das pessoas com deficiência visual deverá se dar por meio de um documento redigido conjuntamente e que apresente os nossos principais anseios.

O conteúdo da Notícia Regulatória, assim como o Relatório de Impacto de Análise Regulatória podem ser consultados no site da ANCINE, sem a necessidade de cadastro.

Sugestões para a elaboração desse documento são bem vindas e, para tanto, a ONCB promoverá, no dia 16/07 (quinta-feira), às 20h, um novo debate virtual no sentido de informar o público usuário da audiodescrição bem como colher subsídios para a redação do citado documento.
